How our tires work
Brand new full size premium tires available 24 hours. Here is exactly how our tire service works, so there are no surprises.
We do not sell or deliver used tires. We sell and deliver brand new tires only.
Tires are only sold through our mobile service. This means you have a mobile installation fee plus the tire cost. We do not sell the tire by itself or as a stand alone product. Mobile installation includes mounting and speed balancing at your home, office, or roadside.
Tires cannot be picked up. Tires are only available and sold through our traveling tire shop and cannot be picked up or purchased without the mobile service.
If you just need a tire and do not want the mobile service, please call another company.
We are not brand specific. Available tire brands vary daily subject to the local market. You do not have the option of choosing the brand of tires delivered on any service calls. If you prefer a specific brand installed, you must provide the tires at the time of service.
Before you call
We only come to you. Please have your exact location or address available prior to calling for service.
When calling to request tire replacement service, you must have your tire size number available from the sidewall of the tire on your vehicle. Take a clear photo with your phone. This photo is a strict requirement for service and must be sent to your technician on request to confirm your tire size.
All services must be paid in full onsite at your location by cash or credit card prior to receiving service. All payments are accepted onsite at your service location.
ETA means estimated time of arrival, not exact time of arrival. While we make every effort to service everyone in a timely manner, windows of time for service are not guaranteed. All requests are for service as soon as possible.
Complaints about wait times or prices will result in your service request being cancelled.
Flexible payment options
Flexible payment options are available if you are short on money or want to spread the cost of service over time. This option is only available on brand new tire purchases of $160 or more through our mobile service.
Financing is provided through Acima, with approvals up to $5,000. Call 24 Hour Roadside Hawks for more information.
The advertised service is a rental or lease purchase agreement. While no credit history is required, Acima obtains information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with a lease application.

Insurance companies and motor clubs such as State Farm Roadside Assistance and AAA Roadside Service may contact us to cover the cost of the service, or may possibly offer you reimbursement for the cost of the service depending on your policy with them. Yes we can. Many insurance companies will not tow a vehicle with no wheels since it may damage it, leading to additional costs. We specialize in getting vehicles with missing wheels mobile again quickly, safely and efficiently, which is why several insurance companies call on us to assist their clients when such an emergency arises.
To ensure the highest quality of service, we do the entire service in full or we don't do it at all.
All services are available for all cars, pickup trucks, SUVs, vans, and most light duty commercial trucks and vans by Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Mercedes Benz and GMC. Limited services are available for light duty commercial vehicles outside of these brands. Roadside tire services are available for light duty trailers with tire sizes 12 to 17.5 inches. We do not offer services for medium duty and heavy duty commercial vehicles.
No. Roadside assistance contractors primarily service non-mechanical problems that may disable a vehicle, such as a flat tire or a dead battery. Mobile mechanics work on mechanical issues such as replacing an alternator or a starter. We do not provide mobile mechanic service.
All services must be paid in full by cash or credit card prior to receiving service. The info on the credit card or debit card must match your current driver's license or passport. Gift card payments are not accepted.
Roadside Hawks 2.0
There are many improvements coming to our already great service. One of them is to provide service in other cities across the country. Due to popular demand, we are taking the Traveling Tire Shop concept on the road. In the coming months, we will begin providing mobile tire service in our first city outside of Atlanta. We will announce the new city in the near future.
For several years we have provided roadside tire service throughout metro Atlanta with our original mobile tire units. The M2 has now been retired.
